customized artwork. However, if you do receive
artwork that is damaged in transit, please be sure
to save the item, the damaged container, as well
as all other packaging materials and contact us
within 7 days at info@ptoons.com
or our customer service department
at 1-904-880-3202. We will make every effort to
expedite the creation and delivery of a
replacement piece. Please realize that due
to the customized nature of the artwork created at
personalized-toons.com,
artwork cannot be returned for refund or credit.
